Hey Everyone,

I just recently picked up a box of this ammo and I've been trying to find some technical details about it in relation to it's performance, but have not been able to find anything. What are your opinions on this ammo for CCW?

Thanks

Go to there website under LE.
They have several gel testing

If you want a Load for SD
I would go with Federal HST or Bonded
Ranger T or Bonded
Gold Dot

Should I bother with a +P round? It's going in a S&W M&P 9mm (full size)

I'm pretty sure the TAP line has trouble expanding after encountering heavy clothing. If you want +P go with a load in the recommended list. I like the standard pressure loads myself. Less blast, less wear on the gun and quicker follow up shots.

No. Increased flash, report and recoil for a slight increase in velocity that does....what? Go 124 or 147gr standard pressure. The rounds listed by FMJ are all excellent- get golden sabers if the others are unavailable.
