Customer service props
After hearing quite a few folks trash Taurus' customer service, I had to post to give them some kudos. I started experiencing failure to eject with my 24/7 9mm. At first I thought it was my reloads but same thing with factory ammo. I couldn't get through a mag without 4 to 5 eject issues. It looked like a small piece of the extractor was broken. I sent the gun fedex overnight last Saturday 7/16 and received it back today. I couldn't believe it. It came back with a new extractor and barrel. The new barrel has me a bit concerned as I didn't see anything wrong with it. Hopefully I'll get a chance to shoot it tomorrow and let you know if it is fixed.
Shot it a couple days ago and it ran fine, problem fixed.
