Hey congrts on the PPQ! Just picked mine up last weekend. I'm wondering the same thing. Local gun shop has a blackhawk leather holster coming in today. I'll check it out and let you know my findings.
I put Trijicon yellow rear and green front on mine and they have worked out very well.
Try Trijicon night sights for a P99 should fit without a problem love mine, as for a holster get a CTAC IWB from Comp-Tac you'll want the Second Gen model. Its the best IWB holster I"ve found, for a P99 or PPQ in .40 get the Slide model the .40 cal have a longer slide and won't fit in a regular Gen 2 holster.
