Not yet. He's asked me to hold them until after this challenge is filed. I'll transfer them to the dealer of his choice in DC the moment he asks.

What is this about? Let me guess, the "Uzi" name is still banned in DC so this will be a nice thorn in their side that they have to fix as per the original ruling? God I love fucking with the government.
