Kimber Raptor Grip Equivalent ?
Kimber's raptor grips feel great to me.The scale pattern is veyr comfortable and yet has a very positive grip. Sadly, Kimber will not sell the raptor grips separate from the gun and they aren't likely to pop up used on evil bay very often. Have you noticed any custom grip manufacturers doing a similar grip ?
Take a look at VZ Grips: The Aliens & GatorBacks. They are a great alternative if you just want to replicate some of the scale pattern and desire a grip that feels like it connects you to your pistol. However, if your set on wood, the VZ's won't be for you.
