Who makes a good laser kit for the .380 LCP?

What do you have and what do you like/dislike about it?

THANKS!!!

I like the laserlyte CF LCP the best. It turns on where I index my finger. I find the crimson trace uncomfortable and the other Laserlyte model that mounts on the frame tough to activate in a hurry.

I have the Crimson Trace unit on my wife's. No complaints here. Works fine and activates when you establish a firing grip. I would equip another LCP exactly the same.

The sights on little pocket pistols like the Ruger LCP and Kel-Tec P3AT are totally useless to me at night with my vision.

Crimson Trace Laser Guard takes no effort, the on button is right where you grip the gun anyway, almost no way not to activate it.

It means you can focus on the threat, backstop and situation around you rather than the sights.

Firing one handed, off handed, on the ground, sitting or whatever position you may be in or tracking a moving target are all easier.

Good out to about 20 yards then the small pistol size makes it hard to hold steady.

As you can guess from my screen name I live in a big city. The chances you are going to have to use deadly force probably triple at night.
People who do bad things like the cover of darkness and drug addicts tend to sleep all day and roam around at night.

Found the best price at Optics Planet with a free hat and holster, good service too.

Install was easy and it was dead on, didn't even have to adjust it at all at the range.

+1
I would say that in general, the sights on the LCP are practically useless, even in the daytime.

I like the Crimson Trace that includes a (correctly sized and shaped!) pocket holster. It kills two very important birds with one stone.
