I have a Colt King Cobra with a 6 inch bbl in Stainless, that I have no use for. I have not seen any in the EE for some time and the prices on GB seem inflated. Anyone have an idea how much these are going for these days. Condition is used, but still in excellent shape. I'd say well less than 1000 rounds through it.

Depending on area $650-$800. $800 is the typical gunshow price around here I think 700ish is more likley..

If you have the original case and instruction booklet you could ask 800 to 900 on Gunbroker plus shipping to an FFL.That's the going rate I've seen Just remember to list your reserve price on 700 at least so you get the least amount your willing to let it go for.

Thanks Guys. This helps. No manual or case anymore, but I do have a bunch of Hornady HD ammo, and a bunch of various FMJ in .357 and .38 spc. to go along.

I was just giving him an example. It's four six just seems a little exagerated. At least I could carry it concealed if I wanted to.

The only King Cobra I've see in this area in the last 6 years is the one I bought. Haven't see one since. Revolvers, the older models are as rare as hen teeth in this area and the only time you see one become available is when the owner dies and it finds it's way into an estate sale. So depending on your local area the price may be higher or lower.

I sold my six inch just because I want a revolver that I can replace the fireing pin myself. And I like the pin on the hammer when I can get it!

They are great revolvers just not the Colt 357 that was born of the first Trooper ! And even the first Troppers had the pin on the hammer.

Sharp looking guns, I had one years ago and wish I never sold it(was young and needed the cash though) yours will probably go quickly.
