I put one in my 642 and could not be happier. It even came with an extended firing pin.

Definitely worth the money. I have one in my 442 and it made a noticeable difference.

They are easy to install. They have a great 2 part youtube video's here:

Some folks have used a #2 philips head to push in the rebound spring when reassembling. I've done it a few times with no problems.

It's a great kit that is work the $.
