I'm thinking its cheap enough to have a good stock to practice with the added benefit of being an adequate SHTF round. Am I wrong?
I'll be using it in smith wheel guns with 2.5", 4" and 6" barrels as well as a marlin 1894. Probably should keep the non-jacketed rounds out of the marlin?
I bought 1250 rounds and fire it through my 340. It has respectable accuracy out of the 1.75" barrel. Brass also looks to be of good quality if you roll your own.
ive had some probs with it keyholing.
A few years ago I went to the range with my Walther .380 and Aguila ammo. During the shooting session there was a malfunction with debris scattered. No injuries. The primer had ignited but there was no flash hole in the case. Primer ignited with no place to go. I was not impressed.
IMO, Aguila ammo is of excellent quality. This particular load may or most likely is not adequate for SD.
I have shot about 500 rds through the years. I always liked it and it reminded me of Remington ammo of the same flavor.
