 Buck Mark Shoots Lose

I put an aftermarket scope rail on my Buck Mark along with new Browning pn screws and lock washers and a small amount of red LocTite. On the scope mount is a red dot. After 70 or so rounds the scope rail retaining screws get lose. The screws use a small alan wrench and tighten them as tight as the alan can stand but still they shoot lose.
What are you guys doing to keep these tight?

Thanks

Degrease the mounting screws thoroughly, put a small drop of thread locker on the screw thread and allow to cure 24 hrs before reinstalling them.

First you should make sure that both the screw and the hole are free of lubricants. They shouldn't be backing out if clean/dry when using a touch of thread-locker.

I've also had decent luck with using a bit of teflon tape on mine.
