With Mini Mags, they are great.

Broke it in with mini mags. Shoots pretty much everything now, but sometimes has issues with Blazer 22. I love the mosquito, and it's a little tack driver.

I own one. After a trip back to SIG it now works with 40gr. Mini-Mags if it is kept clean and lubed per the Operators Manual. Not actually manufactured by Sig. I wouldn't buy another one.

ETA- There is usually a monthly thread along these lines. Search "mosquito" and you will have lots of opinions to read.

Then go look at the new Ruger SR22, it's a much more reliable pistol.

M&P 22 is a blast to shoot as well and very reliable.

Correct. If disassembled and lubed very 500 rounds, and it you do NOT use a two hand hold, it is fine.

Two-handed hold means your thumb is likely to hit the slide release and cause a failure (even the slightest pressure results in a FTE).

And, the lube will be an issue between rounds 250 and 500.

I have one, but it now spends almost as much time in the safe as my Walther P22

I had the threaded bbl model & used it for my suppressor host. Contrary to some people's experiences, mine ran 100% & never gave me any grief at all. I did keep it clean & well lubed though.

Zinc slides break.
Cheap foreign junk.
Wait for the Ruger SR-22: US, aluminum slide.
