 I tried my new EFK threaded FNP barrel in my FNX 9mm.

It worked 100% wtih my 147gr handloads. I don't have a 9mm can yet but I took a pic with my Spectre on it. Unfortunately the suppressor sights aim to high by a foot. I will either go back to factory sights or modify the rear sight.

May I ask how long it took to receive your barrel?

I ordered a threaded barrel for my P99 on 2/15. Still waiting......

I heard and seen terrible things about EFK barrels..

Could you possibly take a pic of the chamber, slide block, and rifling?


Edit: it looks like the standard sights would work with that suppressor

Please elaborate. What have you seen and heard?

I have heard horror stories on various boards about bad rifling with no muzzle end tapering, I've seen pictures of EFK barrels with terrible, out of spec chambers, feed ramps and barrel blocks

I saw this stuff during research on whether or not to buy one for myself

I thought it seemed actually very high quality. I only tested it out shooting at some dirt clods but it was hitting the same POA as my factory barrel.

I ordered it on 2/20 but I called to check the status once a week after a month had passed.

Those are the AmeriGlo sights right? Can you post a pic of what the backs / sight picture looks like?

I've been wondering if theyre similar to the stock tactical sights with the serrations / etc

The rear says trijicon on the side

If you click on any one of the pictures for the sights on their website, they also will say Trijicon on them...

The sights are clearly not stock Tactical .45 sights (its a 9mm and has no cut away for an optic), and the only manufacturer for those raised sights from my research is AmeriGlo
