Stupid question, likely....but is there any problem using a standard FNP45 barrel in the Tactical model?
Second question. The FNP45 I was looking at doesn't seem to include a thread protector. Is that normal? If so, what are you guys using when no can is attached?

The threaded barrels come with a thread protector. If it isn't there then someone lost it.
