cutting soft body armor?
Has anyone here tried cutting kevlar armor panels?
I have several panels in excellent to new condition that i'm thinking of cutting down to specific patterns for some of my PC's
Any tips?

This comes up from time to time.....i have done it with a pair of ceramic scissors. They are pricy but cut kevlar like paper.
I've used a carpet razor before.
i did it with some expensive-ish fabric scissors and if was a pain in the ass. Id get some ceramic ones itll be worth it. Also I used duck tape on the edges to stop the fraying.

I will definitely will buy the ceramic scissors.
