PMI Halo chest seals- fold?

I swear I saw a thread around here somewhere addressing this concern, but I'll be damned if I could find it. 'Course, I could have looked right at it and not known it. 
Anyhow, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but can the Halo chest seals be folded to fit in an IFAK?

What I did was roll it up and then stick it in and unroll it and pack my other materials inside it, so there is no fold. This only works if you have a certain type of IFAK tho.

Thanks for the description and the pictures. I have a Tactical Tailor med pouch on the way, and it's on the larger side, so rolling it shouldn't be a problem. Cheers!

I have mind folded to fit in an ITS FAK. From what I have been told they can be folded.
