I have a spotting scop, a small 1st aid, socks, cleaning solution, bore gujde, wind meter, hearing protection and eye protection for 2, data book, staples, staple gun, black marker. am I missing anything?Everything is in a old camelbak pack. let me know what you think.

Best deal out there - $19.99 LA Police Gear bail-out-bag. LA Police Gear

I carry my Sig P229 .40, 5 mags, 2 pairs of headphones, 2 pairs of eye protection, at least 100 rounds, targets, tools, OTIS cleaning kit, gloves, knife, and a water bottle.
I even got mine for FREE for spending $100 as a new customer, so keep an eye out for promos.

The Midway bag gets good reviews, but it goes on sale often. If you can be patient, wait a little bit. Search Midway for other range bags, because one or another might be on sale right now.

The LAPG bags are fine for what they are, but a bit small, considering your post.

What I do is habe one largish range bag, like the Midway, full of general gun stuff that I always bring to the range, no matter what I'm shooting.

Then, I have a couple of smaller LAPG bags that are loaded with the stuff that I will be using on the day I go to the range, all of this being dependent on the weapon(s) I bring on a given day.

Having different bags saves a LOT of time and fumbling instead of having one huge bag with everything in it, and all of it somehow going straight to the bottom of the bag.

I have a uncle mikes that I have eyes and ears in and some smaller stuff since the spotting scope doesnt fit in the range bag.

I have tried/used alot of different range bags and while it is a bit pricey the LaRue large range bag is awesome. Big enough to carry most (if not all ) of my gear and made to withstand a nuclear blast. They are made by WRB, this is the one I have and if you order direct from them u can get a lot of different colors, and the side pockets hold 2 pistols each and has mag pockets....they are removable and padded.
