Is it there to hang a bag? if so that is hilarious and brilliant, if that's not whats its for than someone please help e out its so random its driving me crazy.
Also can someone tell me if there is any way to quiet down hook and loop (Velcro) to the point where its not shrieking every time you go to pull it open.
On what planet did a Military leader think that sticking velcro on ever damn thing was a smart idea? Is there any way to get it quieter but not ruin it?

Is one end of the cord free, able to tie to the fixed loop? Could be like in the IFAK, where they have a similar piece for hanging a roll of 2" adhesive tape. That way you can pull a piece off one-handed.

ya that is definaltey true, but lets be honest, the ACU has velcro all over the damn place.
I just wish this thing was a tiny bit bigger and it would really be great even for a .civ , but for 11 bucks im just gonna pick up another one or two.

Ok this little guuy is gonna become an abbreviated IFAK as gd intended, and i cant believe im gonna say this but for 20 bucks im gonna buy another trifold to relace the old one I've had for the last 10 years.
