 What price for 1955 smle

What would be a good price for 1955 smle that was one of those mummy wraps it looks to be 99% condition. May have a line on one locally but want to have a fair price in mind before seeing it in person.

I'm assuming you mean a No. 4 Mk. 2 due to the mummy wrap. These are Lee-Enfields but not SMLEs. A minty but unwrapped 1955 UF Prefix Mk. 2 could easily fetch $700-800 these days.

These are getting harder to find and the prices keep going up.

You can find UF 55 and PF series in the wrap.

Pair of UF's, I unwrapped 078 and found 077 several years later at a show, guy was carting it around with a for sale sign. Had to have it when I saw the serial number.

These guys are right. They are in the $700-800 range.

A local shop had a couple still in the wrap four or so years ago. There were no price tags on them so I got my hopes up for a second. They wanted $700 each. At least I got to handle one.
