Muzzleloader Scope Mount question

I have a scope mount I removed from a Thompson Center Renegade and I am wondering who made it.. I just sold another Renegade that had one on it just like this one and the ser #9940 on the mount was just 20 different than the one I have here #9920.. any info would be great..
