Here is what I started with

It was ugly, really ugly. The gun itself was in nice shape, basically brand new. I decided to strip off the epoxy and refinish it. I stripped it to bare wood, applied 2 coats of Minwax Golden Oak Stain. I then applied 6 coats of Formbys Low Gloss Tung Oil Finish and this is what I ended up with. I also smoothed out some of the rough woodwork of the stock.

I am not the New Yankee workshop or anything, but I am pretty happy how this turned out with my limited woodworking and refinishing skills. Comments are welcome. Thanks
