Can someone describe how I can do a four color fleck tarn using only male stencils?
Im trying to think in what order you would alternate laying down base coats VS stencils and cant figure it in my head before i get started.

He used only male stencils and you can see the color progression and how it worked out. Looks as though whatever you think you want as a "base coat" needs to go last and whatever color you want the least of needs to go first.
