You mis-spelled "WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" there's 65 E's, not 64.

M16A1.
Seems to be all original factory 20" with teardrop FA. Pics were posted back in Aug/Sept when I was negotiating but I will post a few once it is in my possession.

Now I have to learn about .22 and 9mm uppers. 9mm is much easier to reload and .22 is just cheap (relatively) to buy.

Congrats! I'm now 104 days since going pending on my first, and have others in the pipeline.

I've been pretty patient, but that's getting tougher by the day since hitting 90 days' pending.
Thanks for going first so I'll now be able to spell "whee" with the appropriate number of e's. I swore it was only only 62, but my eyes are getting old...

Sorry to hear it is taking your's longer. My first stamp was right at 93 days to the SOT.

You could use the alternate spelling of WeeeeeeeeeeeeeeWeeWeeWeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee as well.

Don't feel bad my last form 3 transfer took 5 months because it got lost in the mail. Amazes me some dealers can't put their right address on the form.

On the flip side my last form 4 only took 2 months. I got a form 3 going to my dealer now approaching the 3 month mark. Speed really depends on the examiner.

OK, happy dance is down to better-than-normal dance. If the Form 4 was approved on Jan 11 and today is Jan 21, that has allowed 10 days for a letter to get from WV to KY yet it has not happened. I was curious and called to ask about mailing conformation. I was told they have 30 days to actually send the form after they approve it and there is no way to confirm it is in the mail without talking to the examiner. Just a little detail for any of you who did not know.

Yup. And some times it sits on their desk even longer then that. I've got some forms that came back from shippman, the date approved to the date stamped as mailed was almost a month difference.

I have only four stamps.
the shortest was 37 days mailbox to mailbox,
next was 40 days mailbox to mailbox,
the longest was 93 days.
and had one 79 days.
One each year since 2007.

I expected every single one to be 4 months, so I was happily surprised when they were shorter.

Well it arrived on the 22nd to the current owner's house. Sadly that was after the banks close and he lives 2 hours away. He and I will find a time to wrap this up before Sat.

Happy Dance back on!

You are in a dark place but I have been there and it can be cured with $10K - $15K and a few months patience.

However you should consider the entirely new place I now sit... I now MUST spend much more money for different uppers, a .22 setup, and likely a new progressive press with Girald/Dillion/Possum Hollow trimmer.

I think a .22 setup is going to be the next place I spend money.

Since it has been said many times "pictures or it didn't happen",

I went down to get it today. Popped off 2 semi shots and 2 bursts of 4 rounds each, handed him the check, took the form, placed it in my case and drove home. It took about an hour to wipe the grin off my face.

He forgot he had a complete NIB Doublestar M16 lower parts kit so he gave me that as well.

I don't like shooting .22. So One processing .223 brass the other loading.

Here both are set up to process .223 brass. They turn out about 1800 cases an hour.

I hate you. I've been pending since Dec 20th for the first transfer to my dealer.

You're a'hatin' over THAT? I had one APPROVED 12/27 for Form 4 transfer to my dealer, and as of 2/5 stamp has not been received by seller. Shipman probably left it in his bowling bag...

Seriously, hope yours transfers soon.

Lost in the mail?? You can ask for a cert. copy to be resent.

That's what the seller's doing- they told him to send in a letter stating he hadn't received it, and they'd issue a copy "within 30 days". Getting an extra couple months tacked on AFTER approval is a bit, um, frustrating...sorry to vent.
