I believe you are correct, googled swamp rat howling rat and the howling rat/little mischief looks identical to it.
love the sheath, wish I knew who made it or maybe it came with it ? Im not up to speed on the larger fix blade makers

Definitely a Howling Rat. Nice knife and that scout sheath is pretty sweet too. I have no idea who made the sheath, but it definitely didnt come with the knife from Swamp Rat.

I checked him out and it does appear to be one of his sheaths as he has several
other sheaths made for other knives that look identical to the one i have.
Its a quality peice for sure.
