I broke a Dillon decapping pin, how do I remove the carbide expander ball?
So, I just started processing some 308 cases and on my third case, my decapping pin got bent. No worries, I have more, so I took the decapping pin off the die, but the carbide expander ball is still on the pin and I don't know how to take it off. Any ideas?
It pulls off. Takes some wiggling but itll come.
Actually the decapping pin unscrews and the expander ball will then come off.
