The printer screwed up our order and is not delivering our printed manuals for our AR 15's.
I ordered some CD-R CD's and have downloaded the AR15/M16 manual on PDF
Do you guys think there is anything wrong with using these manuals instead of a printed one?

I think if you've got a PDF file, and cared about having a printed manual, you'd print them out on your laser or inkjet printer yourself; or go to kinkos and have them print out and bind up enough copies.
But if you want to deliver them purely on CDRs, you're still delivering a manual. Whether your customers appreciate that or not, will ultimately be up to them.
I prefer soft copy so I can print out just the page(s) I need. Also, DH is hard on manuals so we would need to reprint periodically anyway.

I did both, I ordered a bunch from RRA, they are real nice and only 5 bucks
I also made a bunch on CD R too, I'll give them both.
