Which model Sig are you asking about? Some people are stunned to find out that Sig offers more than one firearm

I was gonna say they make a dedicated.22 rifle if that is what your looking for....

I don't want a dedicated .22 rifle, I want a conversion kit I can store in my butt pack for SHTF.

Do any of the piston AR15 .22 conversion kits work with the Sig 556?

Unfortunately no-the operating system /bolt of the 556 is unique and completely different from anything in the AR world.
