Shot 1000 Tula 62gr HP about a year ago through a Del Ton. Slightly underpowered, dirty, but went bang everytime. No failures of any kind.

Cheap plinking ammo, I got 1000 for ~$180 back then.

Have fun

Dirty but pretty accurate for steel case commie stuff. Cheap and ran flawless for me, basically it's all I use.

Stuck casings with the 55gr. in both my 556 chambered rifles. I have a few hundred rounds left I would sell cheap if interested.

I had one stick in my 556 as well. I had to use a cleaning rod to get it out. It was Tula ammo but I am not certain which grain weight it was. In all fairness the gun was dirty so it may not have been the ammo.

I've put about 800 rounds of it through my 556 Classic with no issues. Typical accuracy for Russian ammo at 100 yards.

What is your CTC compared to American manufactured stuff?

CTC? I haven't run any U.S. manufactured ammo through my 556.

Grouping center to center. A typical group for my rifle with M855 at 100 meters is about 2.5 inches. What are you getting with the Russian stuff? I just bought 200 rounds to try it out.

Never really measured. I got my shots into a 5.5" shoot n see at 100 yards from a rest using the iron sights so I was happy.

Shot a bunch of it through my 556, no issues.

Haven't had anything fail to feed, eject, or fire in my Sig except for that old PCA Spectrum polymer cased crap that seemed to suffer from some wildly underpowered loads.

Shot 200 rounds of Tula 62gr. through my Sig556 today. No issues and decent accuracy. Definately underpowered when compared to Federal M855. It was especially noticable on the benchrest.

Well, if the russians do invade just remember to stay about 150 yards away from them and they wil be easy pickens. The will have to lob the rounds in.

Good idea! However, the Russian army is using 5.45x39 rounds which has almost the same capability as our 5.56x45 rounds, but not dependent on barrel length to do its job. Realistically, I would be more concerned w/ the Chinese.

Back to the topic, I shot 100 rds of Tula ammo- no problem of any kind out of my Classic. I didn't fool around w/ gas selection, so not sure if the other setting would be a bit better.
