I don't see these mentioned much. Any critical thoughts on these from those who own one?

They're mentioned every time a "How should I do a 556 SBR" question comes up.
Because they're the easy button. Get stamp, remove plug, screw in AR buttstock. Easy button.
Apart from turning into an SBR though they (like all other 5.56 pistols) are a little stupid.
