I am finally getting around to doing a form 1 SBR on my Wiselite Sterling but I can't find the original manufacturers address (Wiselite of course) Does anyone out there have it handy?
FYI I will be shortening it about 3/4" from the barrel nut then threading it for a supressor. Ought to be an awesome range toy!

for a form 1, arent you the mfg of the SBR and therefore use your address? I think it is a common mistake to list the original mfg and not the person doing the form 1. I would check on the SBR forum.

Box 4a on a Form 1 is for the original manufacturer (Colt, Bushmaster, whatever) name and location, not the applicant.
