5320.20 Questions

Two questions:
1. Will ATF currently accept a faxed 5320.20 and if so, what is the fax #?
2. Can I send in 5320.20's for different destinations in the same envelope?
ETA: I am sending in 5320.20's for my trust held weapons and ones that are in my name.....should I send them in separate envelopes?

1. Will ATF currently accept a faxed 5320.20 and if so, what is the fax #? You should call first, so the examiner knows it's coming –– fax it in blind and it may sit untouched for months. The main (voice) number is (304) 616-4500; the fax number is (304) 616-4501.

Those are fine. Pretty much anything goes when it comes to 5 and 8, unless you try something like "to rob banks."

I would fax two copies. Saves them a step.

I had fax out 2 copies on 11/10 and called.
Paperwork approved on 11/15, received in the mail yesterday.
