Question about description on Form 1

Well Im about 75% through my IO semi auto build (Pistol for now..)
Im planning on SBRing it as soon as I get my tax money back.

Is there anywhere on the form that I can describe that its a semi auto version of a STEN MK-3?
Or does that even matter on form 1s?
