 SNAFU on my part

I'm pending on my first NFA Item, an SBR.

I accidentally submitted the forms one sided and just got them back in the mail yesterday. I called the phone number they have on the letterhead but no one answered.

Two questons: The letter said to resubmit the old forms with the new, two sided forms.

I assume I'll have to have the CLEO re-sign the new, two sided forms? Secondly, do I need new passport photos or can I remove them from the old form and tape them to the new one.

Only potential issue is they folded the form in thirds and the fold is right in the middle of the passport photo so it's all wrinkled.

And in case everyone is wondering:
Mailed: Oct 26th
Cashed: Nov 8th
Pending: Nov 21st
Error letter dated: Apr 24th
Received Error letter: Apr 30th

Thanks guys

Just use a glue stick and glue the form together to make it 2 sided...

why dont you print the first page on the back side of the page with the CLEO signature. that way you dont have to get it signed again. and just reprint everything on the new double sided form 1.

This sounds like an easy answer. Is this actually ok to do?

This is what I was going to suggest. Don't see why/how it would hurt anything, just make sure you put it in the printer the correct way so you don't get the back page upside down from the front page.

If you print on the original form again they may reject it again. They dont want one sided forms so that somone cant get a sig and then change info. They asked for the originals PLUs a new two sided, send them that. New sig, new pics, etc. If you dont then you will be waiting on another possible reject.

Reading is fundamental, I missed the part where they said to resubmit his old form with new ones...good catch.

OP, looks like you do need to get new signatures.

Unless you have a typo in your first post I would call them and clarify exactly what it is they are asking for, as I can't see any reason they would ask you to send in both the 1-sided forms along with the correct 2-sided forms. Why would they want 4 copies of the same forms?

Clarify it with them, but my gut is saying that copying the front page onto the original CLEO signed pages would be fine. The only thing that cannot be photocopied or pre-printed on the forms is the actual signatures of you and the CLEO.

By the way, the instructions for the forms specifically say to send them in as double-sided pages and not as single-sided.

ETA: is this why the wait is 6months? A comedy of errors on Form 1 applications?
