Anybody want an Aimpoint?
Announcing a group buy for Aimpoint products. If you've always wanted the real deal at price that’s affordable here's your chance. The more people who sign up the better the deal. So here's the deal:
Sign up: From February 16, 2005 until March 18th, 2005.
Pricing: Email me(groupbuy@lctarmory.com) what you want and I’ll quote it to you. If it sounds good to you a deposit of $100 is due by March 25th, 2005.

I will contact you via email with payment instructions. Watch this post for information about the number of committed buyers.
Limits: Minimum 10 purchasers. To qualify each purchaser must order at least one (1) Aimpoint sight productand no more than four (4).
Payment: Full payment is due no later than April 8th. Product will be ordered when all money is received. Acceptable forms of payment are personal check, or certified funds. I will accept credit card payments through PayPal with a 3% surcharge.
Delivery: Products will be shipped when received from Aimpoint. I will do my best to keep customers aware of out of stock items or delays.

Why aren’t you posting the prices here?
Aimpoint has a restriction on advertising their products below a certain price. Prices will be quoted on an as requested basis.
Why a deposit if full payment is due before product is ordered?
The final price to the customer is determined by the number of customers who sign up. The deposit secures your order and counts it towards the minimum number of purchasers for a given price break. The more customers who order the better price the group gets.
What is the M3/ML3?
The M3 & ML3 will eventually replace the M2 & ML2. The new models offer 50,000 hour battery life (compared to 10,000 hours for the M2/ML2) and come with either 2 or 4 MOA dot. The M3/ML3 series is also dunk proof to 135 feet (vs. 75 for the M2/ML2). The M3 like the M2 is compatible with night vision equipment. The M3/ML3 use the same mounts as the M2/ML2. Finally the M3/ML3 comes with a black rubber dust cover. An extra cover is available in Dark Earth Brown.
What is the 3x Magnifier and what is the Twist Mount?
The 3x Magnifier is Aimpoint's answer to the problem of seeing medium range targets. It's a monocular that mounts behind the primary sight and magnifies the view. The magnifier mounts with any 30mm ring but the Twist Mount was especially designed for it. The Twist Mount allows the operator to remove the Magnifier quickly to engage close in targets. Aimpoint tells me that the Twist Mount is faster than any other quick release on the market, but that it's not quite rigid enough for the primary sight.
How much is the LPI laser device?
Aimpoint's LPI is an infrared laser aiming device. And as such is not for sale to the public. I'm not a law enforcement dealer anyway so I can't even get pricing on it. Sorry.
What's the difference between the M2 & ML2 (or M3 & ML3)?
The M2 and M3 are have dot brightness settings that are suitable for use with night vision equipment. The ML2 and ML3 don't. Also the ML2 and ML3 are less expensive than the M2 and M3. That's the only differences. So unless you plan to use NV gear the ML sights are the more economical choice.

Aimpoint tells me the M3 & ML3 will be available by the 1st of April. The 3x Magnifier and its twist detatch mount will be available in a couple of weeks.
Currently I'm offering the Aimpoint USGI mount (QRP) and the ARMS #22M68,but I'm working on other mounts at this moment. Stay tuned. . . At this time I do not expect to offer any other mounts in this GB.
