So I give him a quote on a big order... no response
I send him an IM reminding him about the "I'll take part" he started with... no response.
I fell like he has done a 'pump and dump' on me by having me quote him a huge order in hopes I would forget about his small order.

He DID say "I'll take it", followed by stating interest in two boxes. Sounds like he's on the hook for those.

+1, "I'll take it" seals the deal for those items. That's why I ask people who IM/Email me about my ads to post "I'll take it" in the ad as I have always seen that as a site accepted binding agreement.

Looks like the big quote scared you away. We still have this order to take care of. Looks like the only real thing you have committed to is 2 boxes of the Colt 20's.
