Feedback and locked thread

A thread of mine was locked (no infraction, just sold the only item in the post) before they buyer has received the item and left feedback. Will they still be able to leave feedback on a locked thread?

Nope. You'll have to get a mod to unlock the thread before feedback can be left.
They're usually pretty good about doing it for you.
