I have posted to an ad, sent payment for the same, but I can't find any feedback button.
This is only my second transaction on this site, so maybe I'm missing somthing.

The red feedback button will appear at the bottom of the original ad after you post in it, likewise a red feedback button will appear at the bottom of your post to the seller.
It looks like this...
