I have a new used upper only shot about 50rd to test after the build

Jp modular 15 inch handguard, comes with top, bottom and side rail attachements
This upper was built by architects15.com a reputable local AR place here in minnesota, this upper was going to be a 3 gun/duty rifle but due to harsh times it has to go
I have sold many expensive parts here and have never cross anyone so buy with confidence
