I've got a pair of HK416 sights with adjustment tools. They're the same as these sights here (with drum):

Mine are in excellent shape, just a bit of wear on the mounting screws' paint from non-abusive use (THEY ARE NOT STRIPPED AT ALL). I'll sell them with adjustment tools for a firm $120 shipped (USPS MO). They used to be mounted on my Saiga 12's top rail, but I decided to go with Krebs sights instead.
