DONE Gen III POF Billet Lower

I bought the upper and lower separately to make it NY compliant, but I went on a handgun buying binge and need to free up some cash. This is a nice, quality build.
Upper (I am the second owner, a few hundred rounds fired):
Adams Arms mid-length piston upper
Magpul handguard (foliage green)
Matech BUIS
Unknown maker front sight
Will throw in a used Troy Battle Rail handguard that came with the upper ($150 new)
Note: The flash hider is NOT pinned or soldered. If you're in NY or a ban state, I will include a new in bag YHM muzzlebrake for you to pin/solder to make it compliant.
Lower (I am the second owner, again, a few hundred rounds fired)
Gen III POF billet

Magpul MIAD grip
KAC ambi mag release

Ace lightweight stock (full length tube/spring/buffer)
Will include carbine length buffer/tube/spring and a Noveske QD endplate if you want to put on a retractable stock
Only obvious wear is some rubbing from the charging handle
Preban mags:
4 (1 Adventure line, 3 Okay (1 with a Brownells floor plate, original was lost).
Springs and followers are brand new (I just replaced)
NOTE: one bottom plate retaining tab is missing on one of the mags but the plate is still held on very securely and is not going anywhere.
Will also include 4 Brownells mag bodies/plates to use as spares (was used as donors)
Extras: AR carrying case
Total price: $1,250 shipped to your FFL (must receive from an individual) or directly to you if you’re in NY (I’m in Westchester county). If FTF, will knock off $50 and also include a baggie of Malaysian surplus 5.56. Payment is by cash or USPS MO.
After lots of inquiries about parting, and none for the complete package, I will defer to the market:

Complete lower (but w/o extra buffer, etc.): $600 shipped.
