FS: Noveske 16" Recon RECCE build

Noveske 16" Recon upper with Noveske/ VLTOR VIS 14" one piece upper. You can only get the two piece Noveske upper now and its $1,400. The 14" Noveske/VLTOR isn't something you see a lot of. Noveske Lower with RRA LPK and RRA National Match 2 stage trigger.
Has about 1,000 rounds through it. Built it, sighted it, shot a little bit, and put it away. AWB compliant in NY. Butt is pinned and comp is welded and pinned by Noveske.
