All scopes are factory new and come with Valdada's lifetime warranty.
These scopes are of the highest GERMAN quality glass made in Schott Germany. These are not cheap Chinese knockoffs.
I personally own a bunch of Valdada scopes including this one and can say that the glass is even nicer than on my ACOG
