It has been 2 weeks since payment was received and the item was "shipped"...but it still has not arrived.
Seller claims he has no type of tracking number...and states he will NOT refund my money if/when it does not arrive.
I will wait 1 more week from today, for a total of 3 weeks...then I expect a replacement or a refund...or negative feedback will be left.
I do not mind people who ship late...but I do mind people who never ship at all.
