This item is NEW as stated. It has never been tried on nor any pouches etc. attached to it. I have 2 of these that i use and can attest that they are rugged and work well. The regular retail price is $39.99 for X Harness and $71.99 for the 2pc. MAV plus shipping. I have this priced cheaper than retail. This set up has an NSN and several Vets have used it in our recent wars.
