I've ordered from all....
Some places might not call it "cannon fuse". What you want is 1/8" American Visco
If you need it locally try Phantom Fireworks. There is one in Key Largo and one in WPB.
Other firework stores might have it as well. Retail Firework stores usually call it "safety fuse".

there is also neptune fireworks, there is one in dania.

np, i dunno where the construction and demo companies get theirs from, might be a supply house that would sell that. would not imagine you need a permit to buy that from them.
