Bumping Equipment Exchange

How do you get your bumps to show in the state by state equipment exchange when when you bump it on the regular one with a new price? It showed in Ohio originally, but not when I bumped it. It's a FTF deal so I need it to show locally.

I can see it on the "Ohio Link For EE"
It's at the bottom of page one for me. You may be limited to the most recent 25 ads?
