Westland Gun Show 3/3 and 3/4

All I have to say is WOW. It is wall to wall dealers No joke ! I Have not seen one this big in a long time... 2 Glock armors... ammo out the yang.. 45 cal PMC 16.00 a box... some dealers I have never seen before,, plus lots of guns walking around...

yep, crowded, hot and smellier than usual. I got behind one guy that smelled like an Alpaca 
Didn't really find anything to buy though. One over-priced Hk91 at was all that interested me.

That was a good show even if I didnt find the rifle I was looking for, lots of vendors, AR15s and ammo are very hot right now. The worse thing about that location is the parking lot markings in the main lot are long gone, so vehicles are parked every which way. And it was hot inside with all them bodies.
It was hard to find 5.56/.223 that was OK for shooting on an indoor range, we eventually found Fiocchi for $289/1000, good deal.

I don't know why I keep going to these shows - maybe hoping to see something new and interesting? Same old vendors, peddling the same old stuff - chinese made knives, , overpriced guns, dusty old ammo and UTG crap. I cringed when some poor guy asked the vendor if the UTG item was a good quality piece and he replied, "yeah, top shelf". Only one vendor had any selection at all of Magpul stuff (grips. stocks, etc) and was marking it up 40%.
That will probably be the last time I spend $8 to people watch.

$3k then marked to $2795
I did find one smokin' deal on mags and bought all he had. Other than that it's cheap Chinese knives, cheap Chinese flashlights, cheap Chinese optics, cheap Chinese rails and the rest is good old-fashioned American junk.

Dude you have to step and and deal with them if you see what you want.. I never pay and never will pay what they have marked on it.. but if they don't budge then I move on...... Example.. I got the guy selling PMC ammo down to 15 a box for 500 rounds for 230gr JHP 45 ACP .. Cash is king ....
