there's some talk that BHOactually knows his days are numbered as POTUS, so he may let out all the stops and try a back-door move to ban private ownership of firearms.

it would be very hard to do.... Executive order can not over ride the bill of rights.. Even deal with the UN would be tossed... The UN has no jurisdiction with US laws on US Soil and doubt that the Senate would hang a nose around their necks and ratify any bull shit like that.. Plus any stupid shit he would try would end up in the courts and drug out for years even if the piece of shit did get re-elected.. This guy is trying to sell books pure and simple..

US GOVERMENT MUST STOP THE FREE FLOW OF GUNS!!!
Then with out much trouble they could of passed any treaty they wanted.
Only the Senate votes on treatys, The House does not!
And if it is only half as hard to repeal as Dick Morris say it would be.
Our 2 amendments rights could be,at lease ,up in the air for a long time!
If this works, they have done what the Left has been tring to do for nearly a century!

20 years age. That he was not just anti-gun. He was the most anti-gun person this person knew!
I'm sure Obama has evolved way pass that by now!

Actually there is reason for concern. The treaty only requires a majority from the Senate. It doesn't require a House vote. I don't think it would pass the Senate but this fits the way Obama operates.

Dick Morris brought that up as well. ( I'm not a big fan of his)
But he was saying, If When Obama loses,
Then in a Lam Duck Session where the Dems also
lose the Senate. They vote it in. After all what do they care.
They are not running again.
