Kitsap County officials are asking that a court injunction be reinstated against Kitsap Rifle and Revolver Club, shutting down the club's shooting range on Seabeck Highway for a second time.

The county's motion points out that the commissioner did not have the benefit of reading the trial transcript, which was not yet available. Serko's 35-page ruling "is an obligatory starting point to understand the thoroughness with which the trial court considered and balanced the battery of contested issues ...," the document states.
