The role of the Q-Town Store is going to change. We'll pull a lot of our existing merchandise out of there once our PM location is up 100%.

The locating at the mall is gone, they now have a free standing building somewhere near the mall.

We moved out of the mall because:

• We didn't care for their CCW policy
• They wouldn't let us have an FFL
• The theft rate inside the mall was atrocious
  

We are now just North of the Mall on Worth Ave (Next to Petsmart).

Our FFL application is submitted. We are beginning remodel of the store and have big plans for it going forward.

Not to bust anybody's chops or anything, but can you please explain to me why it would take 12 days from time of order to time to ship. I ordered 2 5 11 pouches during the 511 promo on 5-13 and after checking on the order status, it says expected ship date 5-25 and if i'm reading order status right, the 2 pouches are in stock.

Excellent Question. There are a couple issues at work here.

#1. We stock more than almost anyone in the industry. We have two distribution centers, a 35,000sqft center in NC and a 15,000sqft center in CA. Between the two, at any given time, we have ~$6,000,000 of relevant inventory.

#2. In spite of that, we can't stock everything. (We do have ammo and S&W MOEs in stock though)

#3. Our website used to show quantity on hand, it no longer does (long story there. I lovingly hand-coded our website in ASP in ~2005 and it ties to the SQL Server database which powers our stores...It was cool at the time, but it sucks now). We have a $50,000 web development project underway. When finished we will have the technologically leading website in the industry (really!).

#4. We take order fulfillment very seriously. Every order is assessed when received, and if it doesn't ship the same day, our buyer team updates the projected delivery date as they receive updates from the vendors. It is a very manual process, but we do it for each an every order. We don't charge cards until the order ships, so once people get the ETA on their order, they are free to cancel it and some do (Obviously, it is better for us to show whether or not something is on-hand when we ordered, but that isn't a viable option at this time).

Finally, if you IM me you name or order number, we can look it up and provide specific details on your order.

Please tell me you guys have some left and are doing the rebate cuz I just got back a week ago. The wife is gonna kill me....

Just bought the 9mm for 10 dollars less per 500 at the richmond gun Gun Show. Also Sanchez is offering just as accurrate plinking rounds for 8.99 a box when you by 10 boxes at a time. Add shipping and still cheaper.

We feel good about our pricing, so no regrets or apologizes there.

Also, most of the discount ammo guys at the gun shows sleep in their cars. We prefer a bit better lifestyle.
