Basha/Gas Mart/Courthouse Market on Courthouse rd (208), going toward Spotsylvania Courthouse from Fredericksburg, is out of regular & plus gas, so they're only charging $3.25 (cash) per gallon for Super! ($3.27 for atm card). Place looks like an old BP station.

All the other places had regular in the $3.33 range. They had signs on the pumps saying they were out of regular so the mid and high grade had been lowered to that price.
Oddly Charlottsville city limits has been one of the cheaper areas for several months now. I filled up for 3.21 at Hess last night without any special discounts. A year ago C-ville was one of the most expensive....go figure.
$3.08 in Harrisonburg right off I-81 on my way down to Pulaski this weekend.
